Hollister New Image Two-Piece Drainable Pouch with Filter and Lock 'n Roll Microseal Closure is part of a 2-Piece Pouching System and is most suitable for colostomies or ileostomies. This ostomy pouch is designed to empty from the opening at the bottom, featuring an integrated Lock 'n Roll microseal closure which applies plastic interlocking fasteners to create a secure closure. The Two-piece New Image Drainable Ostomy Pouch also features an integrated AF300 filter which accomodates a slow release and deodorization of gas. Each ostomy pouch is 12 inches in length and comes in varying sizes identified by an innovative color matching system. The pouch with a 1-3/4" opening comes in beige (Hollister 18182) or transparent (Hollister 18192), and is identified by a green indicator strip; the pouch with the 2-1/4" opening comes in beige (Hollister 18183), or transparent (Hollister 18193), and is identified by a red indicator strip; and the pouch with the largest opening of 2-3/4" comes in beige (Hollister 18184), or transparent (Hollister 18194) and is identified by a blue indicator strip. These pouches are compatible with any New Image two-piece skin barrier with the same flange size. The ComfortWear pouch panels are softer on the skin, and the belt tabs help secure the pouch in place.
