Shipping Policy
Most order that being placed before 1 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day,
although we do our best to ship all orders out within this time frame, we may not be able to do so during busy times or if there is a supply issue with the items on your order. If you need a product by a certain date, let us know by indicating the date in a reply email to your order confirmation email. If there are any problems in meeting your required date, we will let you know right away.
Our operating ours are from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. If an order is placed after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (except on Friday - will be shipped on Monday the following week), then the order will ship out the next business day, and For Overnight delivery options please call in to inquire about same day shipping.
The following are options for delivery and estimated transit times.
- Standard: 3-5 business days.
- Expedited: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight : next business day.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping
Standard UPS/USPS/fedex shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).
And Additional Fee May apply for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii , and it will be handled on a order by order basis .
P.O. Boxes
We are not to accept online orders to PO boxes , if you still need it to be shipped there
please contact customer service and they will may be able to help you
Military APO, FPO and DPO
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
